Licensing & Identity
Behavioral Proof of Stake
A passport-based licensing system with three tiers (Community, Pro, Power) that controls feature access, fleet management, and compliance capabilities.

What It Is

BPoS is the licensing and identity layer for Forge. Every installation has a cryptographic passport that identifies the machine, tier, and fleet membership. Passports are Ed25519-signed and cannot be forged or transferred between machines.

Tiers

  • Community (Free) — full AI coding assistant, all 161 assurance scenarios (483 test vectors via Trident Protocol), contribute to the Forge Matrix
  • Pro ($19/mo or $199 one-time) — everything in Community + fleet management (3 seats, master/puppet architecture), genome persistence + sync across team, AutoForge, Shipwright
  • Power ($79/mo or $999 one-time) — everything in Pro + HIPAA/SOC2 compliance reporting, Forge Parallax dual attestation, Forge Parallax dual attestation, fleet analytics, 10 seats, priority support

Note: All tiers can run /break and contribute data to the Matrix. Official Forge Certified Audit Reports — the enterprise-grade compliance deliverables — are issued exclusively by Forge Origin. Learn about enterprise audits.

Fleet Management

Pro and Power tiers unlock fleet architecture. A master passport can provision puppet installations, sync genome intelligence across the fleet, and manage team-wide security policy from a single dashboard. The master sees aggregate reliability metrics across all fleet members — which models are performing best, which scenarios are failing, and where behavioral drift is occurring.

Passport Security

Each passport is bound to a specific machine via hardware fingerprinting. The passport contains the machine ID, tier, fleet role, and activation timestamp — all Ed25519-signed. Passports cannot be copied between machines, shared, or modified without invalidating the signature. Revocation is instant via the admin dashboard.
