Refund Policy

Our Commitment
Forge is built to work. If something isn't working the way it should, our goal is to fix it — not collect a refund request. If you run into a problem, contact us first and we will do everything we can to make it right.
One-Time Purchases
Forge one-time purchase licenses are delivered digitally as a signed passport file. Because the license is activated on your machine at the moment of download, all sales are final after passport activation.
Exceptions considered at our sole discretion:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
- You were charged but never received your passport file and we cannot resolve delivery
- A demonstrable technical defect renders Forge completely non-functional on supported hardware, and we are unable to resolve it within 14 days
To request an exception, email support@forge-nc.dev within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period after cancellation. You retain full access to your tier until the period ends.
Community Tier
The Community tier is free. No payment, no refund.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate license revocation pending investigation. We maintain records of all activations and transactions and will respond to chargeback disputes with complete documentation.
